Description

Langara College, through this Invitation to Tender (ITT), is inviting firms who have a proven experience with Cooler and Refrigeration Systems to submit bid proposal for the to effect the necessary demolition and replacement of the existing walk-in cooler and freezer system, including the mechanical and electrical design to modernize the current water-cooled system located in Langara College’s Cafeteria in Building A. The current system is a water-cooled system with the College requiring the existing system to be converted into an air-cooled system. The system will require associated controls including alarm points. The project location is in Building A, 100 West 49th Ave. Vancouver, BC.

Non-Mandatory Site Tour Bidder should attend and be on time on the Site Tour and should confirm their attendance to the ITT Contact. No other tour will be offered.
