Statement of Work/Overview:

Replace all 9 exterior steel man doors and weather stripping and to include door hardware. The doors are aged and worn. Life cycle replacement.
Align with Utility Study Recommendations regarding insulation.
Conduct hazardous materials testing to determine if hazmat remediation is required.
Refer to the attached Appendix D – Scope of Work and Requirements Document and Appendix E – Scope of Services for additional details.
