Description

Coast Mountain College is seeking proposals under the Negotiated Request For Proposal Framework for the interior renovation of a 1009 square meter Library located in the basement of the House of Spruce on the Terrace Campus.

The total construction budget for this project is currently estimated at $2.9 million.

A Site Visit can be requested at least one week in advance. The College will allow only a single proponent on site at one time. Proper social distancing measures will be observed and appropriate PPE will be required. Please request a site visit by email.

A site visit is not a mandatory requirement. Oral questions will be allowed at the Site Visit, however responses are not binding unless included in subsequent addenda. Questions of a complex nature, or questions where the Proponent requires anonymity, should be forwarded in writing, prior to the meeting, to the Coast Mountain College Contact. The College reserves the right to post questions and answers on the BC Bid website
