TENDER NO. 2020-14
MUSQUASH WATER PUMPING STATION UPGRADES
Sealed tenders, hand delivered or couriered, properly marked as to contents and addressed to the Purchasing Agent, Materials Management, City of Saint John, 2nd Floor, 175 Rothesay Avenue, Saint John, NB, E2J 2B4, bearing the title of:
# Tender No. 2020-14: Musquash Water Pumping Station Upgrades
shall be received until 2:30 P.M. local time, Tuesday on the 4th day of August, 2020
# A Bidders Information Meeting is scheduled for 1:00pm on Monday, July 20, 2020. Bidders will meet at the entrance to the Musquash Water Pumping Station Access Road at Route 7 and, from there, will follow the Engineer (in their own vehicles) into the Musquash Water Pumping Station site.
# All bidders attending the meeting must follow the orders and directives of the New Brunswick Chief Medical Officer of Health and the City of Saint John safety protocols, including but not limited to wearing masks, physical distancing and health screening.
Bidders should note that this procurement is subject to the following internal trade agreement(s):

# The Atlantic Procurement Agreement
# The Procurement Agreement for New Brunswick and Quebec
The work is to be completed no later than May 20, 2022. A bid bond or certified cheque payable to the City of Saint John in the amount of ten percent of the tender price must accompany each tender.
Tender documents may be obtained from Transportation & Environment Services, 1st floor, 175 Rothesay Avenue, Saint John, New Brunswick, upon payment of $100.00 non-refundable. Tender documents will also be on display at the Construction Association Offices in Saint John, Fredericton, Moncton and Halifax.
