Description

Proponents experienced in professional audio visual systems, installations, programming, integration and setup of sound video, media delivery and control systems, including meeting management and presentation technologies are invited to submit a proposal to upgrade the audio, video, media/presentation and control systems with up-to-date industry standard and supported system components to improve audio and media quality, to control media inputs/outputs and microphones, to enable full remote meeting participation including audio, video and presentation abilities, to enhance meeting management, recognizing the importance of accessible and virtual Council meetings.
