The City of Dieppe invites request for proposal (RFP) for:
CLEANING SUPPLIES FOR THE CITY OF DIEPPE BUILDINGS

RFP CLOSING DATE AND TIME : August 11, 2020, 2:00pm (proposal opening will be private, and proposal results will then be shared via email)

Project documents are available in attachment.

Addendum 1 added July 24th; closing date changed on NBON website to match RFP document.

Addendum 2 added August 4; PDF in attachment.

Due to restrictions caused by the on-going pandemic, companies will be required to submit their proposal package in electronic format (PDF) via email to 'remi.comeau@dieppe.ca', with Subject titled ''CLEANING SUPPLIES FOR THE CITY OF DIEPPE BUILDINGS''. The RFP package must contain all required RFP documentation. The City of Dieppe and its consultant do not hold any responsibility in reviewing the proposal packages prior to the proposal closing period to ensure completeness of the proposal
packages; this remains the responsibility of the contractor. Access to received electronic proposal submissions is limited to City of Dieppe project engineers and its consultant prior to proposal closing; the information submitted will be strictly confidential.

Individual electronic proposal file size is not to exceed 50MB.

Any amendment to the proposal shall be sent to 'remi.comeau@dieppe.ca' prior to proposal closing, with ''AMENDMENT CLEANING SUPPLIES FOR THE CITY OF DIEPPE BUILDINGS ''' as email subject.

The successful company will be required to provide hard copies of required documentation prior to being awarded the project contract by Dieppe City Council.
