RFP 2020-0085 - Consulting Services for University Cost Review of Space & Facilities

The University seeks to commission the provision of an expert consulting firm with a strong track record of working in educational settings and public organizations to identify cost savings opportunities over the short, medium and long terms across the University’s physical footprint. In particular, the successful Proponent will leverage existing University data and documentation and draw on leading infrastructure practices from the post-secondary and other comparable sectors to recommend immediate cost saving activities, realizable over the next 6 – 18 months.
