Description

1. This RFP is open to all interested vendors.
2. The City requires the supply, delivery and specialized maintenance of battery electric refuse trucks to collect garbage, recycling, and organic materials as listed under multiple schedules.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. The City intends to enter into up to eight (8) Agreement(s) for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement(s) will be for a term of one (1) year. The Agreement(s) may be renewed for two (2) additional two (2) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of five (5) years.
