Description

The Ontario Clean Water Agency (OCWA) has issued a Request for Bids (RFB) for provision of retaining the services required to remove bio-solids from various waste water treatment facilities located in the Eastern Region and Georgian Highlands Hubs. Services include, haul and utilize the bio-solids by applying them to licensed fields or other ministry approved sites.
