Introduction

In issuing this request for proposal (RFP), EM/ANB , The Corporation, invites proposals from qualified Public Accounting firms to provide external financial statement audit services. This RFP is for the provision of audit services for the year ending March 31, 2021 with four one-year options for renewal, renewal to be agreed upon by both parties.

Scope of the RFP

The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from qualified accounting firms for the provision of financial auditing services for EM/ANB. The engagement shall be conducted in accordance with Public Sector Accounting Standards (PSAS) with audited financial statements presented in both English and French. EM/ANB may also seek advice on financial and reporting matters as required.
