Description

The Government Telecommunications Service’s (GTS) “Operator Assisted Service” is broadly used by the GC for events and meetings, some of which involve the most senior levels of government and some of the most challenging emergency management scenarios imaginable--such as the COVID-19 crisis. The service needs to be modernized to meet the growing and evolving demands of GC departments and agencies and to be aligned with SSC’s strategic direction as outlined in

The purpose of this RFI document is to provide Industry with an overview of the GC’s requirement for

Managed Events and Meetings Services . Within this RFI process, Industry will have the opportunity to provide feedback, both general and as per the specific questions to assist the GC in shaping its way forward while aligning with Industry’s current capabilities and future market trends.
