Description

The Regional Chronic Diseases (RCD) program helps Northerners in the area of chronic diseases. With a mandate to work in collaboration with key stakeholder groups, the RCD provides and stewards NH's response to chronic diseases for the entire population of the North.

Look for a term project manager who will be responsible for supporting the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, tracking and completion of assigned project on time and on budget for the Regional Chronic Disease programs.

Deadline for questions is Monday August 17, 2020 at 4pm.
