This RFP is an invitation to qualified and experienced Proponents to submit Proposals to provide audit services in accordance with Canadian generally accepted auditing standards.

Without limiting the foregoing or any other provision in this Agreement, the lowest cost Proposal will not necessarily be selected by MVSH.
