Description

UBC is seeking to establish a list of Pre-Qualified Suppliers to supply and provide to UBC on an as and when requested basis, Cloud Services, which include:

i. IaaS or Infrastructure as a Service;
ii. PaaS or Platform as a Service; and
iii. Consulting Services.

Each successful Proponent will be invited to enter into negotiations for a Master Services Agreement with UBC, and if an agreement is reached, become named on the List of Pre-Qualified Suppliers.

UBC may, from time to time, acquire Project-Specific Services from one or more of the Pre-Qualified Suppliers, subject to the terms described in this RFSQ, under the provisions of Project Specific Order Forms.
