Description

The intent of this Bid Call is to obtain offers to perform all services required to fulfill the specifications referred to as LOCKSTONE SIDEWALK RECONSTRUCTION for the Municipality of Greenstone, as a unit price bid, in accordance with the Contract documents.

Through a Standing Offer, the Municipality intends to achieve the restoration of its lockstone sidewalk on Main Street in the community of Geraldton. This Standing Offer Agreement will allow municipal staff to work directly with a single contractor to complete the project as permitted by the municipal budget, without having to issue a separate bid opportunity each fiscal year.

The successful bidder would provide these services on an “as required” basis for the duration of the term. The proposed contract will be for a three (3) year term, with two optional one-year extensions if required by the Municipality to achieve regulatory compliance for lockstone sidewalk infrastructure.
