This Request for Information (“RFI”) is issued by the City of Red Deer (“the City”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or requirements.

To improve operating efficiencies, reduce operating costs, enhance customer service, improve safety and reliability and reduce electricity theft, the City is considering replacing its outdated meter fleet with new meters with advanced technological features.
