2021RFPQ-02 - Information Technology Training

The purpose of this RFPQ is to pre-qualify Information Technology Training service providers that have the experience and capabilities to potentially support Information Management Information Technology (IMIT) training needs in the future for the FNHA. Appendix B - Description is a list and details of the requirement of the FNHA. When the needs arise, successful proponents may be asked to submit quotations/proposals for such services.

The successful proponents will become part of a standing/ongoing list of vendors that the FNHA may commission in the future. The responses and proposals provided will help the FNHA find suitable parties who may be asked to submit quotations/proposals for construction, maintenance, repair, or consultation services.
The list will be in effect until such time that it is cancelled at FNHA's discretion. During such time, FNHA will ensure the ongoing qualified status of a pre-qualified vendor by confirming that the pre-qualified vendor:

a) has been actively providing services to FNHA within a rolling 2-year period;
b) has demonstrated through the provision of services delivered that it meets the qualification criteria; and
c) is in good standing with FNHA and/or the individuals(s) served as evidenced by meeting its contractual commitments including FNHA's monitoring standards.

Due to the 'as and when required' nature of this initiative, the organization cannot guarantee any minimum level of expenditure commitment to prequalified suppliers.
