With the support of its funding partners, the Grand Forks Downtown Business Association (DBA) is now looking to the future with enthusiasm. We are proactively seeking business investment opportunities in our downtown core via the “Grand Forks: The Place to Grow Your Business “ initiative. The DBA welcomes retail businesses that will add to the vibrancy, shop local culture and pedestrian-friendly feel of our downtown core. The “Grand Forks: The Place to Grow Your Business” initiative invites those that wish to take advantage of the prepaid six (6) months lease program, contingent on signing a minimum two (2) year lease. Available Rental Inventory The rental inventory (may change). 1. 230 square feet 2. 500 square feet 3. 540 square feet 4. 1630 square feet 5. 1720 square feet 6. 1974 square feet 7. 5400 square feet + 1100 square feet of storage
