Description

LCR is currently seeking proposals from qualified supplier of a “Software as a service” Digital Preservation System (“the system”) to effectively manage, safeguard, protect, and provide long-term access to the LCR's valuable digital collections. The new system will seamlessly integrate with existing workflows and DAM and Archives Management Systems to preserve digital objects and metadata for the long term and align to Open Archival Information System (OAIS) ISO14721:2012.

The proponent(s) are invited to propose the best (i.e. the most sustainable, flexible, reliable, and scalable) and most cost-effective solution to meet LCR’s requirements while ensuring a high level of service.
