Description

Proponents are invited by ECSD to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions of this request for proposal (“RFP”) for Consultant Services-Washroom Upgrades (the “Services”). This RFP is not a contract to purchase goods or services. ECSD shall review all proposals submitted in compliance with this RFP, and may, but is not obligated to, enter into an agreement for the proposed Services (the “Agreement”).
