Description

The James Murray Building is situated on the Olds College Campus in Olds Alberta. It is currently 2400 square meters and was originally built in the 1960’s. Over that time various additions were added with the last being 2001. The building will be completely renovated including some demolition and replacement construction over the next two years. The intent is to remove identified Hazardous Materials and some localized demolition in order to facilitate further investigation and start of construction.
