Description

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "2020-609 - ANSON ROAD DOCK
ON SHORE CONSTRUCTION" will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water
Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway,
Victoria, British Columbia up to 3:00 pm local time on September 08, 2020. The
tenders will not be opened in public.

The works to be constructed under this Contract include, but are not limited to, the
on shore development which includes the construction of parking lots, including
trenching, excavating, backfilling and retaining walls, installation of pit toilet, and
realignment of existing ditches. The upper parking lot will be a provisional item.

A non-mandatory pre-tender meeting for General Contractors will be held on August
20, 2020 at 10:00 am at 479 Island Highway, Victoria in the Goldstream Conference
Room.
