Description

The Bidder shall deliver the following products and services prior to the required delivery schedule as set out in Section 1.3.1:

1. One (1) Dell EMC IDPA DP4400 (primary site) hardware as defined below;
2. One (1) Dell EMC IDPA DP4400 (Data Recovery site) as defined below;
3. Seventeen (17) Virtual Avamar software backup (remote sites) as defined below.
4. Installation services for both Dell EMC hardware units (1 & 2) and 3 virtual software deployments at the Ministry’s data centres
5. Support for two (2) Dell EMC IDPA DP4400 units and seventeen (17) Avamar software – 60 Months (Hardware and Software ProSupport)
