The Amendment 002 of the Request for Proposal is raised to extend the closing date from September 25, 2020 to September 29, 2020 and to answer questions to the Request for Proposal.

Correctional Service Canada (CSC) National Depot has a requirement for the supply and delivery of 1,000 units of Behavioral Health Hand Sanitizer Dispensers and 5,000 units of refills for COVID-19 to Laval, QC, as detailed in Annex A, as part of Canadas response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The requirement must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements and mandatory technical evaluation criteria, as specified in Annex A of the Request for Proposal.

The delivery of the firm quantity must be completed within 30 calendar days from the effective date of the Contract.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, suppliers are encouraged to submit offers electronically using the EPOST CONNECT APPLICATION from Canada Post & FAXED. Instructions for using e-post are included in this solicitation (section 2.2 - Submission of Offers).
