Description

This work includes that supply of Motor Graders with Operators. Graders are required by the City, on an if, when and as required basis, particularly through the winter season for two purposes:

to plow roads during major snow events in an effort to achieve bare pavement
to grade plowed snow into windrows to allow City owned snow blowers to load snow on to trucks.
