Description

1. This RFQ is open to all interested vendors
2. The City of Calgary (“The City”) requires the Supply & Delivery of Walk behind Tractors along with various attachments for maintenance of city parks and other public spaces.
3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
4. It is The City’s intention to enter into an agreement with only one (1) legal entity. The term of the Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year, with an option in favour of The City to extend the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to five(5) additional one (1) year terms, not to exceed a maximum of six (6) years.
