Notice is hereby given that PROVINCIAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY, FRASER HEALTH AUTHORITY, INTERIOR HEALTH AUTHORITY, VANCOUVER COASTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY and VANCOUVER ISLAND HEALTH AUTHORITY ("Purchasers") through their collective agent Provincial Health Services Authority ("PHSA"), intends to directly award a Contract to the following supplier to provide reprocessed electrophysiology catheters, the associated on-site clinical case support, and technical and clinician professional education training for all BC Electrophysiology Labs for a term of 5 Years at an estimated value of $250K.

PHSA, as agent for the PROVINCIAL HEALTH SERVICES AUTHORITY, FRASER HEALTH AUTHORITY, INTERIOR HEALTH AUTHORITY, VANCOUVER COASTAL HEALTH AUTHORITY and VANCOUVER ISLAND HEALTH AUTHORITY ("Purchasers") has chosen not to proceed with a competitive process as the case support services associated with the reprocessed products can be supplied only by the selected supplier.
Vendors who wish to challenge this decision should submit a detailed written objection for the attention of Arjita Bajpai, Buyer, Cardiac Care by email before 2:00pm Pacific Time, October 5, 2020. PHSA will review any and all issues received by this date and provide due consideration to each objection.
