Detailed Description
Request for Bids (RFB) for Physiotherapist Services at Toronto South Detention Centre
Scope of Work
The objective of this RFB is to invite prospective Bidders to submit Bids for Physiotherapist services for inmates at Toronto South Detention Centre.

The physiotherapist services shall be provided by a registered physiotherapist with the qualifications and experiences as described in the RFB Part #3 - The Deliverables.

The Deliverables shall be provided by the Vendor twenty (20) hours per week (in four (4) hour blocks of time), Monday through Friday on Business Days and between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. No Deliverables shall be provided between the hours of 12 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. on any day.

The Vendor will not provide the Deliverables on a non-Business Day or on any day from Christmas Day, up to and including, New Year’s Day. The Vendor shall only be paid for the hours worked.

The Vendor shall work with the Ministry to develop a schedule for the delivery of services at the Toronto South Detention Centre.

The scope of the services required by this RFB includes the requirement that there will be no gap in service and as such, the Vendor shall ensure that an approved qualified replacement registered physiotherapist is available to provide the Deliverables without delay.
