Description

The Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) is seeking to initiate a research program that obtains input from the public to inform organizational planning. Specifically, the AER is seeking to establish a reputation baseline, from which to identify opportunities for maintenance or improvement.
The desired vendor should be capable of conducting reputation research, including surveys (online and telephone as needed), and applying innovative qualitative research methodologies. We are also interested in understanding and exploring any additional survey analysis techniques used beyond simple descriptive statistics.
