Summary Details:
The RFP concerns the City's interest in procuring an architect-led professional consulting team to design a new 69-space child care with ancillary washrooms for users of the adjacent park, at 3010 E Kent Avenue in the West Fraser Lands neighbourhood of Vancouver.

The 69-space childcare will consist of four programs - Infants (12 spaces), Toddlers (12 spaces), full time Preschool (25 spaces) and part time Preschool (20 spaces), and will require 11 parking spots - 9 for drop-off/pickup and 2 for staff parking.

The facility will be designed to achieve LEED Gold and Passive House certification.

An information meeting (the "Information Meeting") will be held to enable Proponents to seek clarification with respect to any aspect of the RFP in a group forum. Proponents are highly encouraged to attend the Information Meeting.
