Description

To select a single Vendor to digitalize and modernize the Math Proficiency and Elementary & Secondary Assessments. The Vendor shall provide a comprehensive turn-key Solution that is user-friendly, bilingual, accessible, and scalable.

In addition to the SaaS Testing Solution, the Vendor will provide a dashboard and reporting tool, a scoring system, an item bank, psychometric analysis, a technical support call centre, and a remote proctoring system, configured specifically to EQAO, to assist EQAO with the delivery of an online testing capabilities.
Scope of Work
EQAO is looking for a Vendor to support it in achieving the following desired business outcomes:

• Transition paper-based testing to online testing for Elementary and Secondary Assessments and further enhance the online Math Proficiency Test.
• Leverage technology to develop, create and deliver a digital Assessment experience.
• Implement a Bilingual, turn-key, web-based online solution that is easy to use, interactive, accessible, scalable that includes the following:
o online proctoring capabilities.
o an Assessment data reporting system for Ontario educators, administrators, Test Takers and other Users via an online Dashboard.
o a Bilingual technical support call centre to support the administration and the scoring of the Assessments.
o integrated and automated psychometric analysis capabilities to enable adaptive and other types of Assessments, and to capture and generate scores.
