Description:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for independent electrical testing of Conducted Energy Weapons (CEWs) as detailed herein at Annex A. Services are to be provided as required during the period of the Standing Offer in accordance with the requirements, terms and conditions detailed in the tender document.

The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is one (1) year from the date of issuance with the option to extend the term of the Standing Offer for up to four (4) additional one year periods.

One Standing Offer will be issued as a result of this RFSO

This requirement will be limited to Canadian Bidders in accordance with Canadian Content policy

Basis of selection:

An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offers and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis will be recoimmended for issuance of a standing offer.
