Work of this Contract comprises the following:
General Work
• Mobilization and demobilization
• Common rough grading (cut/fill)
Removals
• Removals and disposal/ stockpile/ hauling of existing infrastructure
• Removal of trees and vegetation
• Removal of unknown tanks and structures
• Clear and grub beach areas
Earthworks
• Supply and install gravel surfacing for new Group Use Site
• Supply and install gravel surfacing to refurbish sites in Loop A – 27 Sites
• Supply and install gravel surfacing to rebuild Loop B – 40 Sites
• Excavate and prepare new Natural Playground Area.
• Supply and install sand for natural playground area
• Supply and install Bike Park Trail
• Supply and install boat launch ramp replacement
• Supply and Install Gravel Trails, Walkways, Day-use Picnic Sites and Dayuse
Firepits
• Supply and install gravel to re-align, widen and re-gravel roads and parking surfaces.
• Supply and install gravel base for maintenance yard and future registration building.
• Supply and install chain link fence and gates
• Supply and install metal double-swing gates.
• Supply and install boulder barrier edge
Buildings
• Remove and Disposal of 5 existing vault toilet
• Supply and Installation of 5 new vault toilets
• Renovate and Repair 1 existing vault toilet
• Maintenance Yard Pole Shed
• Covered Stage
Site Furnishing
• Supply and install playground structures at natural playground area
• Install stockpiled site furnishings (Picnic tables, firepits, large dumpsters, single unit recycle bins, and dual unit recycle/garbage bins).
• Supply and install fish cleaning station
Electrical
• Electrification of site as per plan
‐ Campsites – pedestals
‐ Outhouse – lighting
‐ Shop yard & Registration bldg. locations.
• 2 new transformer, 2 new PDC
