Description

THE DISTRICT OF HOPE IS REQUESTING PROPOSALS FROM QUALIFIED INDIVIDUALS AND/OR CORPORATE ENTITIES INTERESTED IN A FIVE (5) YEAR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY TO OPERATE A CAMPGROUND. THE SERVICES AND FACILITIES ARE TO BE MANAGED AND MAINTAINED BY AN OPERATOR UNDER AN AGREEMENT WITH THE DISTRICT OF HOPE EXPIRING MARCH 31, 2026. AN OPTIONAL 5 YEAR CONTRACT EXTENSION WILL BE CONSIDERED AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE DISTRICT.
