CEIS JP Rural RFP - Career and Employment Information Services (CEIS), Job Placement (JP) and Innovative Services for Rural Areas in the Calgary Region

This Request for Proposals (RFP) is to purchase career and job assistance services for Alberta Community and Social Services (CSS) rural Calgary region clients. Services will be comprised of Career and Employment Information Services (CEIS) including Workshops, Delivery Events, Exposure Courses, Job Placement (JP) and other proposed Innovative Services. These services are all intended to facilitate the development of a skilled and employed workforce and that result in client job success.

Proponents must include the delivery of CEIS in their proposals which will form the core services of the contract. Although not a mandatory component of the RFP, proponents will also be encouraged to include the delivery of JP and/or Innovative Services in their proposals.

Client job success and the measurement of client job outcomes are a key component of the RFP. Proponents will be required to report these measures for CEIS, JP and Innovative Services, on an ongoing basis throughout the term of the project.

This RFP will result in three distinct geographical areas being served:
• Bow Valley including areas surrounding:
- Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise;
• North/East of Calgary including areas surrounding:
- Airdrie, Strathmore, Cochrane, Chestermere, Crossfield, and Beiseker/Irricana; and
• South of Calgary including areas surrounding:
- Okotoks, High River, Nanton, Claresholm, Black Diamond, Turner Valley and Vulcan.
