NOTICE

The requirement is exempt from the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), Annex 4 and the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA), Chapter 10 Annex 1001.2b Paragraph 1, however, it is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and will be limited to suppliers in Eastern Canada, in accordance with Shipbuilding, Refit, Repair and Modernization Policy (1996-12-19).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The requirement is:

a) To carry out the ship repair work regarding the Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) Ile St-Ours , during the winter layout at the Burlington Coast Guard base located at 867 Lakeshore Road, Burlington, Ontario, L7S 1A1, in accordance with the associated Technical Specifications detailed in the Requirement attached as Annex A..

b) to carry out any approved unscheduled work not covered in paragraph a) above.

PROPOSED WORK PERIOD

Work is to commence and be completed as follows:

Start of Work: February 22, 2021 or as per ship’s availability. End of Work:

March 26, 2021 or 5 weeks following start of the work
