Parkland County is seeking responses from parties who may be interested in leasing tenant space in the newly constructed Entwistle Community Recreation Centre, located at 4916 – 51 Street in the Hamlet of Entwistle in Parkland County. Respondents with the desire and capability to utilize this County-owned property are invited to submit their interest to Parkland County as further described herein. This REOI is intended to determine the range of options and level of interest from respondents for this leasing opportunity.
