Description

This Request for Proposals (the "NRFP") is an invitation by Kwantlen Polytechnic University (the "University") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Event Rental Services.

The University is seeking one qualified Contractor to supply and set-up event rental equipment tents and/or supplies on an as, if, and when requested basis for a period of three (3) years with an option to renew for two (2) additional one-year terms at the following campuses:

1. Surrey Campus, 12666 - 72 Avenue, Surrey, BC;
2. Langley Campus, 20901 Langley Bypass, Langley, BC;
3. Richmond Campus, 8771 Lansdowne Road, Richmond, BC;
4. Tech Campus, 5500 - 180 Street, Cloverdale, BC; and
5. Any new campuses may be established by the University during the contract term.
