Description

On behalf of Fraser Health Authority, Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) invites interested suppliers to submit quotations for the snow removal services for Langley Memorial Hospital.

There will be a mandatory site visit to understand the requirement of the site. If interested service providers do not visit the site as per the provided schedule, then acceptance of their submitted proposals will be on the discretion of PHSA.

Interested service providers must provide their positive conformation to visit site via e-mail to the Contact Person by August 15, 2022 by 12 PM. Please provide Company Name, Visiting Person Name and Contact phone no. when sending the email.
