Description

Interior health requires a qualified General Contractor to provide Construction Services with respect to the Kelowna General Hospital (KGH) Parking project. Construction will include two (2) temporary staff parking lots located at 2169 Pandosy Street (“Pandosy Street”) and 2180 Ethel / 865 Glenwood Avenue (“Ethel Street”) to provide additional capacity of 500+ staff parking for KGH.

Pandosy Street – Development of vacant site (+/-115 stalls)
Ethel Street – Refurbishment of existing parking lot (+/-389 stalls)

Services are expected to commence upon award with an aggressive timeline for completion for both lots by June 2, 2023.
