T2023-M: A. Murray MacKay Bridge Approach Span Concrete Rehabilitation

PRE-TENDER MEETING AND SITE VISIT
Tenderers are encouraged to attend the pre-tender meeting and it is preferable, that at least one representative attends the optional site visit.

Tenderers shall join the Pre-Tender Meeting via Microsoft TEAMS or in person. Meeting details will be provided to Tenderers when attendance is confirmed.

Tenderers shall meet at the Macdonald Bridge Administration Building, 125 Wyse Road Dartmouth, NS, Dartmouth, NS, for the Site Visit.

Tenderers shall have appropriate personnel protective equipment (PPE), and applicable safety training to attend the site visit. Tenderers will require PPE including: hardhat, safety vest, safety boots, gloves and glasses.

Attendance at the Pre-Tender Meeting and separate Site Visit shall be arranged by e-mail with Grant Kelly, P.Eng. at gkelly@hdbc.ns.ca. Participants shall confirm their attendance, by sending e-mail minimum 24 hours in advance, and have adequate internet connection for the meeting (if joining by TEAMS), and safety training, certifications and proper personal protective equipment (PPE) for the Site Visit.
