RFP# ID 2023-01 - Request for Proposals - Engineering Services

The Municipality is advertising a request for proposals for the provision of engineering services for various engineering disciplines.

Scope of Services Included (high level):

• General Engineering Services – Master planning, engineering design for civil and structural services, contract administration, site inspection, surveying, environmental assessments, structural bridge inspections and development review and supports. (*Note – general has been split into further disciplines)
• Drainage Engineers – Application of the Ontario Drainage Act to solve drainage problems, Design Engineering, Preparing Drainage Reports, Assessment schedules, Presentation of Drainage Reports at public meetings, Representation of client at Ontario Tribunal, Construction Administration, and Grant Applications as well as Drainage Superintendent services.
• Waste Management Engineering Services – (May include) Siting, permitting, Geotechnical/Hydrogeological Investigations. Liner and Cover System Designs, Leachate Management, Vertical and Lateral Expansion Designs, Surface Water Management , Construction Management, Closure/Post closure Monitoring Remediation, Groundwater Monitoring/Assessment.
