The City is engaging a construction manager with experience in projects similar in nature and complexity to that required for the Northlands Spectrum Demolition - Construction Manager at Risk, and that can provide Pre-Construction Services through the design and construction document phases and construction management Services during the Construction and Post-Construction phases.
