The Capital Regional District (CRD) is seeking detailed proposals from contractors regarding a project to construct a fast pitch ball diamond on Salt Spring Island. The purpose of this invitation to tender (ITT) is to secure a construction contract for the full scope of the project. The scope of work under this Invitation to Tender (ITT) includes the complete construction and commissioning of a fully functional fast-pitch ball field

There will be a non-mandatory on-site meeting at 154 Rainbow Rd Salt Spring Island on November 18th 2025 11AM, as an opportunity for tenderers to gain familiarity with the site before submissions.
