Request for Proposal

OBJECTIVE
The North Peace Regional Landfill Commission is seeking proposals for the engineering work for the construction of an additional landfill cell (Cell 3).

BACKGROUND
The North Peace Regional Landfill (SW-27-82-3W6) is located in the MD of Fairview 8 km north, of the Town of Fairview, on Highway 732.

CONTENT
-The North Peace Regional Landfill is operating the MSW site under Code of Practice from Alberta Environment and Parks.
-Construction is to take place during the spring – summer of 2019.
- Approximate dimensions of the landfill cell is 208x35x8m.
-Leachate collection system to be included.
DEADLINE FOR PROPOSALS
The deadline for proposals is Thursday, 9 August 2018 at 7:00pm. Proposals will be opened at 7:05pm on that date at the Commission meeting.
Send in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Engineering Cell 3 Proposal” to:

Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted.
