Scope of Work
Janitorial services for Wheatland County
Administration Building, Public Works and Agricultural Services Shops will require daily duties/weekly duties/monthly duties and twice yearly duties. Except where indicated, all services are to be performed after 5:00 pm weekdays and any time on weekends. The proponent will be responsible for providing all janitorial services required as outlined in the daily duties. The Janitorial Firm will be responsible for supplying all equipment and the County will provide all cleaning supplies. Services will be billed monthly. The contract will be for a three (3) year term with an optional two (2) year extension.

Mandatory Site Meeting
A mandatory briefing and site visit meeting has been scheduled for November 15, 2019, at 9: 00 a.m. local time. The tour will begin at the Wheatland County Admin Building, continuing with the Agricultural Service Board building and the Public Works building. Please have proper PPE (steel toed boots, high visibility vest) to gain access to the Wheatland County Yard. Failure to attend the site visit will result in disqualification of any submitted proposal.
