Summary Details:
This Negotiated Request for Proposals (NRFP) is an invitation by Vancouver Community College to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Facilities Cleaning Services.

Vancouver Community College wishes to receive fixed price proposals for the delivery of Janitorial Services for its Downtown Campus and Broadway Campus Facilities.
The Term of the Contract resulting from this NRFP will be three (3) years, with two (2) two-year options to renew at the sole discretion of VCC. The Contractor will provide all Resources, Janitorial Supplies, Janitorial Equipment required for the delivery of Services. The Contractor will order Consumables through VCC supply chains, for the account of VCC, and must account of inventories and usage of Consumable in a manner acceptable to VCC.

A Mandatory Site Visit of the campuses will take place on Thursday February 13, 2020 between 8AM and 2PM. To register for the site visit, please send an e-mail confirmation before 5:00PM on Wednesday February 12, 2020.
