Description

This request for proposal (RFP) invites individual consultants and consulting firms with expertise in Access to Information and Privacy to submit proposals to provide analysis of documentation for exemptions/exclusion; third party consultations; and preparing release packages within the time parameters of the Access to Information and Privacy Acts.
Successful firm(s) will be required to enter into a Standing offer with the Council which will embody the terms of this RFP and any subsequent negotiations or clarifications.
