Description

New Hibret Co-operative Homes Inc. ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating 141 units of housing in Toronto Ontario, invites submissions for engineering services for investigation of water leakage.

A site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. EDT, Toronto time, at 2 Market Street, Toronto, ON M5E 1Y9. It is mandatory that Proponents attend this meeting. Proponents unable to attend this meeting may be disqualified from bidding.

Site Attendance Protocols and a COVID-19 Pre-Screening Form are attached as Appendices “B1” and “B2”, respectively. The Site Attendance Protocol must be read in advance of the site visit to ensure requirements for access to the site are met. The COVID-19 Pre-Screening Form must be completed and provided to HSC’s on-site representative prior to accessing the site meeting.

Housing Services Corporation ("HSC") is administering this RFP process on behalf of the Owner.
