Description

The purpose of this RFP is to engage a Vendor to raise the level of Canada Council employees' awareness of media relations practices and protocols and to equip Council spokespeople to conduct interviews, as coordinated by the Council's Communications and Engagement team. The Vendor will develop and conduct two types of media relations training sessions: (1) spokesperson coaching and (2) general media relations awareness for employees of the Council that have public relations, outreach, and event management responsibilities. Through these activities, employees should gain a better understanding of their role in the Council's media relations protocol and be reminded to refer to the Communications and Engagement team for advisory and coordination support upon receiving a media request.

Les propositions doivent être envoyées par courriel à media@conseildesarts.ca au plus tard le 17 juin 2022 à 17 h HAE pour être prises en considération. Les propositions ne doivent pas dépasser 20 MB.Toutes les propositions doivent être :
-signées par un agent dûment autorisé;-comprendre un énoncé selon lequel le fournisseur a examiné et compris la demande et addenda (si applicable); et
-démontrer que le fournisseur dispose des ressources techniques, financières et humaines nécessaires pour fournir les services énoncés dans la demande de propositions, dans le respect des délais prescrits.
Il incombe aux fournisseurs de s’assurer que les propositions sont reçues par le Conseil avant la date et l’heure de clôture. Les propositions reçues après la date et l’heure de clôture ne seront pas admissibles et ne seront pas évaluées.
